- Order processing takes 5-7 business days; Out-of-stock items will be ordered, generally taking 7-14 business days. Please be patient.

SF Express
- Shipped by SF Express in Hong Kong (the shipping fee will be paid by the customer), free shipping for orders over $400
- If the customer chooses SF Express, or the order is less than $400, the shipping fee of $35 per order will be charged, and the weight limit is 5kg
- Payment before 5 o'clock will be sent out on the same day as possible (except for out-of-stock products).
- Postage paid by customer, self-pickup at SF station/business address/residential address
- Buyers need to bear the risk of mailing. If ordinary mail or express delivery is required, the postage/mailing risk shall be borne by the customer. If there is any deterioration, damage or loss during the mailing process, the company will not make any compensation.
- If you want to ensure that the goods are of the best quality, our store recommends customers to pick up the goods in person.
- In order to ensure the quality of the goods, please go to the store to pick up or arrange for SF to deliver the goods within three months after arrival.
- The order will be void, no refund or exchange, please pay attention.
- For all items sent overseas, the postage will be fully borne by the customer. Customers need to pay the corresponding postage fee before sending the item, and the item can be sent after confirmation.
- The customer understands and agrees that all risks encountered during transportation of items sent overseas (including but not limited to loss, damage, delay, etc.) are borne by the customer. The shipping service provider is not responsible for any losses caused during transportation.
