2. Shipping
Alfred Express
- Alfred Express in Hong Kong
- Every order over $400, includes Alfred smart locker (Alfred smart locker only / self-pickup point)
- If the customer chooses the Alfred smart locker or a pickup point other than the pick-up point, or the order is less than $400, a shipping fee of $35 per order will be charged, with a weight limit of 5kg
- Buyers need to bear the risk of mailing. If surface mail or express delivery is required, the freight/mailing risk shall be borne by the customer. If there is any deterioration, damage or loss during the mailing process, the company will not make any compensation.
- If you want to ensure that the goods are of the best quality, our store recommends customers to pick up the goods in person.
- In order to ensure the quality of the goods, please go to the store to pick up or arrange for SF to deliver the goods within one month after arrival.

SF Express
- Shipped by SF Express in Hong Kong (the shipping fee will be paid by the customer), free shipping for orders over $400
- If the customer chooses SF Express, or the order is less than $400, the shipping fee of $35 per order will be charged, and the weight limit is 5kg
- Payment before 5 o'clock will be sent out on the same day as possible (except for out-of-stock products).
- Postage paid by customer, self-pickup at SF station/business address/residential address
- Buyers need to bear the risk of mailing. If ordinary mail or express delivery is required, the postage/mailing risk shall be borne by the customer. If there is any deterioration, damage or loss during the mailing process, the company will not make any compensation.
