- Postage payable by guest or every order over $800, including Alfred shipping, Alfred smart cabinet/self pick up point pick up

- If you want to ensure that the goods have the best quality, we recommend that customers pick up the goods in person.


- In order to ensure the quality of the goods, please come to the store to pick up or arrange for SF to ship the goods within one month after arrival. If you cannot pick up or arrange for SF within one month

SF Express


- Payment before 5 o'clock will send the customer's goods (except the out-of-stock products) to SF on the same day. I hope that the customer will receive the best of the heart as soon as possible, and will inform the customer when sending it.

Return & Exchange Policy


No orders can be canceled or returned for no reason after all goods are included in the account, please consider clearly before ordering, thank you for your support, please understand.

Refund arrangement


- No cash refund service


- There will be no refund if the supplier's shipping schedule/delivery date is delayed.


- If the goods ordered are out of stock or have other problems, resulting in the final unsuccessful order, guests can choose to wait for the next batch of goods / full refund at the store shopping gold.

Return arrangements

Goods available for return


1) The received goods do not match the ordered goods or the received goods are damaged

Goods unavailable for return


1) No packaging box and the contents of the goods are missing (returns must be the same as all accessories and packaging at the time of receipt)


2) Guest's personal reasons, such as buying the wrong goods and personal inapplicability, etc.


3) Damaged goods appearing after use by guests


4) Goods more than 7 days or more after receipt


5) The goods are damaged due to any transportation

Freight and time incurred for the return


1) The goods are damaged and inconsistent: you must take photos of the goods and notify our customer service. After we confirm it, you can send it to SF Express or send it to the store for a replacement. If we send the goods before our confirmation, we have the right not to accept and return the goods to the customers. Hair King will not be responsible for the freight charges. The customer is responsible for the freight charges returned.


All terms of the replacement of goods are issued. Hair King reserves the right to make changes without prior notice to you, and has the right to refuse to replace the goods. In case of any dispute, Hair Record Hair King reserves the right of final decision.
