Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy


All items cannot be cancelled after the order has been received, nor can they be returned or exchanged without any reason. Please consider carefully before ordering, thank you for your support, and please understand.

Please pick up the goods at the store within three months after notifying the customer to pick up the goods, otherwise the order will be regarded as abandoned without prior notice.


Refund Arrangement


No cash refund service


No refunds will be provided for delays due to the supplier's shipping/delivery date.


If the ordered goods are out of stock or other problems, resulting in the final unsuccessful order, the customer can choose to wait for the next batch of goods / fully refund the purchase amount in the store.



Return Arrangement


If the customer finds that there is a problem after receiving the goods, the customer can exchange the goods within 3 days after receiving the goods. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 3 days.

3) Personal reasons of the guest, such as buying the wrong product and personal inapplicability, etc.


4) Damaged goods after use by customers


5) Items older than 7 days or more after receipt


6) The goods are damaged due to any damage during shipping



Shipping and time for return


1) The goods are damaged and inconsistent: You must take photos of the goods and notify our customer service. After we confirm, you can send the goods by SF Express or go to the store for exchange. If we send the product before our confirmation, we have the right not to accept it and return the product to the customer.


All terms of replacement goods Hair King reserves the right to make changes without prior notice to you, and reserves the right to refuse to replace the goods. If there is any dispute, Hair King reserves the right of final decision.
