KIRA TERA ACCENT LINE

The KIRA TERA ACCENT LINE introduces the BASIC LINE with 7 shades, paired with CLEAR to form a complete product line of 8 shades. These products utilize two different cationic surfactants and adopt a treatment-type base formula, reducing the tugging sensation during application on bleached hair, resulting in a smoother texture.

The basic color provides shades that are compatible with the basic line, achieving high saturation colors that cannot be expressed by alkaline dyes alone. CLEAR is a treatment-type alkaline clear color that can care for hair in high-tone areas while enabling a pale expression of alkaline colors.

Core Technology and Features

Neon Gloss Coating Formula: By adjusting the dye concentration and incorporating special ingredients (such as hydrolyzed shell protein and hydrolyzed keratin), this formula achieves high-saturation fluorescent color effects while forming a glossy coating on the hair surface, enhancing color saturation and texture.

W Cationic Base Formula: Contains two cationic surfactants (Quaternium-33 and Steartrimonium Chloride) that serve as a treatment-type base, effectively reducing resistance when working on bleached hair, ensuring smooth application and providing an anti-static effect.

Neutral pH: The formula's pH is set near neutral to achieve optimal coloring results while minimizing irritation to the hair strands.

Usage Instructions

Apply ACCENT LINE directly to towel dried hair that has been bleached to an appropriate level (usually level 8 or higher). Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with shampoo.
