THROW Merge Color is a professional-grade permanent hair color from Japan, specially designed for hair with a mix of grey and dark strands, built around the concept of "foreign-style grey blending." Unlike traditional grey coverage that aims to fully conceal white hair, Merge Color minimizes the black-brown dyes typically used in grey coverage formulas, allowing grey hair to develop a soft, pale tone while giving dark hair transparency — eliminating the harsh contrast between grey and dark hair for a soft, natural, non-muddy, fashion-forward blended result.
The formula uses a W Dual-Anion System, making both the first and second agents anion-based to form a liquid crystal cream base. This efficiently carries the oxidative dyes and alkalis from the cream into the hair, improving dye penetration. It also gives the hair surface a negative (-) charge, allowing positively (+) charged conditioning ingredients to adhere effectively — leaving hair shiny and smooth. The dye structure is fashion-led, combining "Sheer Blue," "Smoky Charcoal," and "Khaki Charcoal" as the base, with black-brown dyes kept below 50% to ensure dark hair doesn't become darker with each application. The formula also includes metal sequestering agents to trap colour-inhibiting metal ions, achieving clear, non-muddy colour development.

Usage Instructions:

Mixing Ratio: Mix the hair colour cream with THROW Developer at a 1:1 ratio (adjustable as needed).
